The City-Based Virtual MOCSIE

YouTube Video

The above photo represents one concept of what a virtual presence for a city-based "Occupy" movement might look like. In Second Life, this size of a property will cost about $25/month to maintain, but it would give the organization a place to showcase their media in a cohesive manner so that multiple narratives can begin to take shape under a single umbrella. This is what will be essential in order to bring the discordant voices into unison with the city-based general assembly.

This virtual city-based center will also allow the ever-expanding Second Life virtual organization to grow as a unified community, turning a fractured movement into a global institution.

This short video is a bit out-of-date, but until we get some new media developed it will have to suffice.
